Minoo Mortazavi

Minoo Mortazavi joined Omnicell in September 2020. As Senior Vice President, Global Operations, Ms. Mortazavi oversees Global Operations Strategy and Enablement, Global Supply Chain, Professional Services, and Technical Support and Services. With a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and implementing cutting-edge technologies, Ms. Mortazavi has successfully optimized operational processes, expanded global footprints, and improved service delivery for organizations worldwide. Additionally, she has brought considerable maturity to our Design for Excellence and Product Lifecycle processes. Her leadership has been instrumental in aligning corporate strategy with market needs, enhancing patient outcomes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to joining Omnicell, Ms. Mortazavi held various Operations, Supply Chain, and General Management roles at Infinera, JDSU, Solectron/Flextronics and McKesson Corporations. In these roles she spearheaded large-scale digital transformation initiatives, launched new product lines, and developed strategic partnerships that resulted in significant revenue growth. She is recognized for her ability to navigate complex supply chain environments and her deep commitment to operational excellence. Ms. Mortazavi is a graduate of California State University (CSU), Long Beach where she received her Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees. She also holds a Materials Management & Purchasing Certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles.
