Max Rocha

Max Rocha joined Omnicell in September 2021. As Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer, he is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction for Omnicell’s global Human Resources/People, Employee Environments/Real Estate, Organizational Development, Compensation/Payroll/Benefits, and Internal Communications functions. Prior to joining Omnicell, Mr. Rocha was VP Talent Acquisition, Assimilation, Analytics, & HR Technology for CSG where he evolved the end-to-end process for attracting, hiring, and onboarding talent. In addition, he was responsible for DEI&B, Workforce Analytics and Intelligence, HRIS and M&A integration activities. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rocha served in HR leadership roles at Kiewit Corporation and Verizon. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University and an Executive MBA from University of Nebraska at Omaha.
