Nchacha Etta

Nchacha Etta joined Omnicell in June 2023, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading and working in global finance organizations across healthcare and consumer products industries. He is responsible for the Company’s financial planning and accounting function, information technology, corporate development, and M&A teams. Prior to joining Omnicell, Mr. Etta served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Essilor of America, Inc., a $4 billion subsidiary of EssilorLuxottica SA, a global brand leader in ophthalmic medical devices and products. He has also held global divisional CFO and executive finance roles at Johnson & Johnson Vision, The Coca-Cola Company, Microsoft Corporation, and The Carlyle Group. Mr. Etta earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Howard University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University.
