Gail Schroeder

Gail Schroeder joined Omnicell in November 2024 as Senior Vice President, Quality and Product Regulatory. She is responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic and operational direction for Omnicell’s global quality and product regulatory operations, ensuring the company continuously delivers quality and regulatory excellence across the enterprise from development through manufacturing, distribution, and end-customer use. Ms. Schroeder brings to Omnicell over 25 years of progressive experience serving in various quality roles for healthcare companies including Medtronic, Rotation Medical, St. Jude Medical, and Boston Scientific. Most recently with Medtronic, she served as Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, where she was instrumental in leading strategic quality and regulatory functions with a direct impact on business performance. Her expertise includes quality systems, product remediation and navigating complex regulatory programs with global regulators, including the FDA. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and an MBA in Business Law from the University of St. Thomas.
